Planetdance General / System Requirements?

Hello all, I am currently very interested in getting myself planetdance however I only own a MAC. Sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere, but i am looking for a cheaper laptop that is running windows for the sole purpose of using this program and i was hoping someone could tell me what kind of specs/ windows version i should be looking for here. Any help would be appreciated!!
