Earth is always in exact sun opposition.
The moon's position from a heliocentric point of view has a maximum distance of perhaps 10 arc minutes from earth.
This is as irrelevant as Lunar Node, Lilith, Priapus.
Are houses useful here?
I would only look in synastry with the normal geocentric natal chart.
