Ephemeris
« on: May 27, 2021, 12:11:26 PM »
Hi..
I have some problems with ephemeris in Time Menu..
Dates of Ephemeris do not match the names of the days of the week.
And when the calculation based on Sidereal or other type, changes in the menu, no change is applied to the table of Ephemeris

You made me work! :)
I think i fixed those, can you try?

- Fixed problem with Time - Ephemeris modules using UT in stead of the timezone.
+ Added option to set Place / Zone to Time - Extended Ephemeris.

So it's just the wrong name of the day?
Can you give an example?

I think 4 Problems exist:
1. As you can see at the picture, 30 may 2021 is sunday but in the ephemeris is saturday
2.As you can see, just the position of the sun is same in both picture and other planets did not match
3. it is not obvious that based on which hour the ephemeris exported
4. the sidereal menu in ephemeris doesnt act, by changing it to true citra or other type, you dont see any change in position of planets

Another problem that I encountered was that the Secondary Progress chart specifications did not match by the manual extraction of that chart.
For Example, As you see, the position of planets in first day of the Secondary Progress chart on 4/2/2020 (that infact begin on day 27/3/1968), should match with position of planets in 27/3/1968 but as you can see in image, it did not match. It seems that this problem is also due to the astronomical calendar, because by changing the timezone in the time/place menu I can not solve the problem.

in Planet position, the error is small, but in ASC and M.C it's big error

I fixed the name of the weekday issue.
A secondary progression in planetdance gives the same results as astro.com so i don't see an error there.
Can't reproduce your issue with setting ayanamsha.

Thanks for Updating..
I checked Secondary, Sloar Arc,Primary and Quotidian and Convetred Quotidian Chart of PlanetDance with Astro.com...just solar arc is same and the others is not same, of course the problem is calculation of ASC and M.C..
I give the Astro.com and PlanetDance result in this picture, you can check..

I checked my secondary progression and solar arc for today, it's exactly the same as on astro.com, asc and all.
What are those pics on the very right? Those are not regular planetdance horoscope windows, some triwheel or something?

For more information I explain what happen here, for calculating of secondary progress chart from 2020/2/4 to 2021/2/4 of this person, we have to calculate the ephemeris for 1968/3/27 and the 1968/3/28, image 1 and 2 are these days chart from planetdance...
for test, I check the 2020/2/4 and 2021/2/4 days from progress chart that must be same as  for 1968/3/27 and 1968/3/28 chart...as you can see they are not same. but when backward 1 day in progress chart they are same (but with some error, for example with 3 sec error in sun)

those pics are indeed from triwheel, the errors are only a few degrees for asc/mc, but i need some time to figure this out.

got it, was due to wrong place coordinates for the progression.

- Fixed small error for Asc / Mc in File - Synastry - Triwheel / Quadwheel and some other modules that calculate progressions.
