Still Safe to Update?

Jcremers, I got an email this morning saying this forum was hacked and that you were taking precautions.

Is the program itself still safe to update or was the program not effected? I haven't updated it in a while and was going to do that today before I saw that message so I wanted to make sure.

Yes, it's safe. They deleted everything but i had backups.

It took me half an hour, mostly waiting for the restore proces to finish. Gonna move to a new hoster though, they were not vey helpful.

Hi Ed, Jean and everyone here. I'm so, so very sorry for the horror we've all witnessed. And, despite the evil, this crime shows the relevance Planetdance has conquered. When you become a target, it means that, in some way, even perverse, they value you, your work. Not that makes the situation any better, nor that would be the kind of value you want, but...  Mondo cane!
