Certain Aspects Not Displayed

Hello,
I'm having an issue with one particular chart. Other charts do not have this problem.
The aspects to the Sun are not being calculated, or displayed in either the Wheel, Aspects or in the Interpretation.
All aspects to other planets are displayed.

Options>Planets/Aspects>Single Wheel> shows that the Sun is Active (has a square around it), and the default Aspect Set is loaded.
Switching the Sun from Active to Inactive and back has no effect, whereas this works on all other planets/luminaries.
Loading an alternative Aspect Set also has no effect.

The chart is for 18 Dec 1956 in Epsom, U.K. 04:50a.m.

Same issue with this chart on a different computer.

this is mostly due to the orb setting, have a look at those  Those aspects are all wider than 4 degrees.

No, not the orbs. They are all set at default of 8-9 degrees.
Interesting that your program did display those Sun aspects, though.

Also other planets with wider aspects are displayed. It's only the Aspects to the Sun.

I don't have an explanation. Try renaming pd.ini and restart planetdance, it will now reset to defaults, see if that helps.

I tried that, but no result, unfortunately.

very strange. What if you download and install into another map, so it's really starts fresh?

I know - it's weird!
I have reloaded the info into a new chart, and also on two different computers, with the same issue!
It's got me stumped.

I also tried on 2 pc's, same result, i see sun aspects.

Oh dear, it looks like there are in fact other aspects missing.
Particularly Venus aspects.
In the pic below I have added them in yellow.

it actually makes more sense, i could not think of anything that only affects the sun except orb or planet settings.
Did you try a fresh install into another map?

found it. Its Options - planets / aspects - In Sign.
I will change that default setting to off.
