Installed but errors

HI,
I have installed Planetdance and Astro clock this morning.  Planet dance works fine but Astro clock throws up errors everytime I try to change any settings.  The error says access violation in ntdll.dll

Any ideas?

Have to go out for a couple of hours (didn't want to seem rude not answering) but will try to take a screen shot when I get back

At this point i don't need a screenshot, just need to know when the error happens. Right away after you click options or do you do anything else there?

Tomorrow I will make a test version which i'd like you to download and test. It will write a little log file with info about the crash which you should send me. I will post a message here when it's ready.

ps, i tried it on linux mint, it does not work there.

Hi Jean - I haven't tried astroclock as I don't think it installs in wine. The program seems pretty robust however as bugs are few and far between. Ed

It installed here in linux mint xfce on wine, even though the installer gave an error, astroclock itself would run. But the interaction with the xfce desktop did not work there so it's useless.

Hello Annie,

- Download https://jcremers.com/AstroClock.exe
- Close astroclock on your pc
- Copy the AstroClock.exe you downloaded to c:\astroclock, you should get a question if you want to overwrite the old version, answer yes.
- Run it and do options.
- After that a file c:\astroclock\log.txt is created.
- Send me that file.
